Shipping times vary, but current times will be shown to you at checkout. Rushed orders may want to consider one of our expedited shipping options (not always available).

Please note that all Christmas stockings ship out in batches, regardless of order date. Therefore, while we cannot give you the exact shipping timeframe for a stocking, know that all stockings will arrive before December 18th of the calendar year that they were ordered in (unless otherwise specified).

We use 100% acrylic yarn for the design and 100% natural toweling muslin fabric for the stocking and pillow backings. All pillows are stuffed and do not have pillow inserts.

Pillow and stocking care instructions will be included with your package when it ships. If you have lost care instructions, please email us and we will resend them to you.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the handmade and custom nature of our products, cancellations must be requested within three calendar days of purchase.

To cancel an order, please email info@vineyardcreations.co with your name and order number. After the three-day cancellation period, all orders are final and cannot be canceled.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please review all product selections, personalization details, and shipping information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email info@vineyardcreations.co as soon as possible. Include your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the damage.

Once the issue has been reviewed, we will arrange to repair or replace the item when appropriate. Damage caused by improper use, improper care, normal wear and tear, or changes made after delivery is not covered.
